Jurassic Finds: May Update

In this brief article I give an update about the blog and when the next fossil discovery article will likely be published.

Hello everyone,

It has been a while! I just thought I would write a brief article about what you can expect from Jurassic Finds over the coming months. You are probably wondering what has been going on and why I haven’t posted a new fossil discovery article recently.

So at the moment my palaeontological research is progressing full steam ahead and I have rather a lot to focus on. I was planning on writing an article for Jurassic Finds this past week but unfortunately I picked up a pretty nasty cold which has impacted my normal output. Due to research work commitments and not feeling great I figured I would leave article writing for Jurassic Finds until early June.

I have already picked out the fossil discovery that this June article will focus on. So all I need to do is spend a whole day writing it and it should be good to go!

In terms of upcoming palaeontology content I am still aiming to publish one article a month from June onwards up until August when my current palaeontological research ends. Something I am very much aware of is the fact that I haven’t properly covered palaeontological content, as in a proper fossil discovery article or discussion on here since the end of March. This will be rectified over the coming months with each individual article focusing on a specific dinosaur/fossil discovery.

The last article I published was about meeting Jurassic Park actor Sam Neill at Wales Comic Con and you can read that article here.

I want to say ‘Thank You’ to those of you who have followed the blog, I noticed the blog has gained a few followers this month. Viewings of my past articles are still going strong as well with total views this month at 163 readers! ‘Thank You’ to all of you who are checking out my past articles!

That’s it for now! I look forward to sharing more about the latest fossil discoveries with you all very soon!
